Why Choose 360° Neon Flex?
The round cylindrical profile emits light from every direction. Flat-profile neon flex only lights one side.
360° — This Series
Cylindrical body emits light in all directions. Visible from any angle — front, sides, and rear simultaneously. For freestanding shapes, open sculptures, tube borders, and installations with no fixed viewing direction.
Top Bend
Flat profile, bends horizontally. Light faces upward. For ceiling coves, pool surrounds, and façade outlines viewed from one direction. IP68, IK10, 50,000 hrs.
Side Bend
Flat profile, bends sideways. Light faces forward. For channel letters and logo outlines where viewers stand in front. 5 profile sizes, IP67.
3D (Top + Side)
Flat profile that bends both horizontally and sideways. Follows complex multi-plane paths. Still has one primary light direction — not omnidirectional like 360°.
Choose Your Profile
Both profiles share DC 24V, IP67, silicone body, and 30,000 hour LED lifespan. Select based on scale and required color types.
Choose 085 when a compact Ø8.5 mm profile and a fixed white or solid color fit your design. Share the shape dimensions so bend radius and mounting can be checked before ordering.
Choose 250 when a Ø25 mm profile fits your design, or you need tunable white, RGB or addressable effects. Specify the color type and any existing controller; RGB and RGBIC are different configurations.
Confirm the Configuration Before You Order
Shape & mounting
Provide a sketch, dimensions and viewing directions. Ask us to confirm the minimum bend radius, supports and termination details for the selected model. Profile diameter alone does not establish how tightly it can bend.
Power & control
List each illuminated length, feed location and desired effect. For RGBIC, confirm the control protocol and controller compatibility. Ask for drivers, controllers and accessories to be listed separately if required.
Environment & documentation
State indoor or outdoor use, exposure conditions and destination market. Request the current model drawing, datasheet and any required test or compliance documents for review. IP67 alone does not establish suitability for permanent immersion or vehicle loading.

Installation Notes
⚠️ Before Installing
- •Use DC 24V constant voltage power supply only. Leave at least 20% power headroom above calculated load.
- •SC models: cut every 50 mm at marked cut points only. CCT, RGB, and RGBIC models: cut every 62.5 mm.
- •Do not exceed the maximum single-end run length. For longer runs, use parallel injection or mid-point power feed.
- •IP67 covers the silicone body only. Ensure all connectors and end caps are correctly sealed for outdoor or wet-area use.
- •CCT models require a 24V 2-channel tunable white controller. RGB models need a 24V 3-channel RGB controller. RGBIC requires a pixel-addressable controller — standard RGB controllers are not compatible.
- •Avoid solvents, acid-based adhesives, or oxidising chemicals that may degrade the silicone body.
- •In freshly decorated spaces, allow full ventilation before installation. Methanol or benzene vapour can cause silicone yellowing.

Agree the scope before buying
Quotation: confirm the model, quantity, unit price and what is included. Factory-cut lengths, leads, connectors, mounting parts, drivers, controllers and packaging requests need separate confirmation.
Sample evaluation: agree the configuration and checks for color, dimensions, mounting and control. Record any changes before approving the project or bulk order.
Order terms: confirm MOQ, lead time, sample charges, shipping and import-tax responsibility before payment or dispatch. These depend on the requested configuration and destination.
